We we have been a customer for one year ,most people are skeptical on sending money not knowing ,we have to say honestly we’ve never had a problem everything is always been delivered sometimes a little slow because of the mail so you have to be patient or if we had a problem an needing parts there’s actually no problem getting them , most of all they’re very helpful if you have questions on why to buy better watches , email questions on different manufacturers and they will guide you. We were amazed that we had a problem with one watch we bought and a year later , they sent us a replacement watch no cost . Most reputable company we’ve dealt with. Most or all they communicate very well I send pictures of product before they send. We bought over 15 to 20 products never had a problem.
